A brand new BLACK replacement seat cover for your 1981 - 1983 HONDA ATC200.  Made in the USA. It has up to 650 hours of UV resistance and a -22° Cold Crack. It does not include a pan/base or foam.  You will need a staple gun for installation.  You will notice that our covers have an all-around pull and staple strip for easier installation.  Our covers are made with marine grade vinyl so its UV, mildew and weather resistant.
