We stand behind every seat cover we make. If something isn’t right, we make it right — fast and without hassle. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, and we cover the return shipping on all eligible items.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in new, unused condition
• No stains, damage, or signs of installation
• Original packaging included when possible
Custom or made‑to‑order items may qualify for exchanges depending on the situation. We always work with you.
Free Returns
If your item qualifies, we’ll email you a prepaid return label at no cost.
Just pack it up, drop it off, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection:
• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
We’ll notify you as soon as your refund is issued.
