Warranty Policy

Our 30-day warranty covers the following:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Seam separation or stitching failures
• Material tears or deterioration under normal use
• Vinyl cracking or peeling due to material defects
• Color fading beyond normal wear (within 30 days of delivery)
• Defective staples or fastening components

If you experience any of these issues within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace the product or provide a full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation or use
• Damage from accidents, abuse, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from modifications or alterations
• Damage from extreme weather events or exposure to chemicals
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

2. Warranty Review: Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
3. Resolution: If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the defective item, we'll send you a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Receive Replacement: Replacement items typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.

The 30-day warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase or shipment. This ensures you have a full 30 days from the time you receive your product to inspect it and ensure it meets our quality standards.
