Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days after delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at candcsewingteam@gmail.com or call 662-292-8927 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or model, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at candcsewingteam@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
