Please note: We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories. This includes Canada, Mexico, and other countries.
Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Continental U.S.: 5-7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days
- U.S. Territories: 10-14 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package online
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your package anytime using the tracking number provided. If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at candcsewingteam@gmail.com.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the size of your order to provide the fastest delivery time.
All shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery for orders over $200 to ensure secure delivery.
Shipping Issues
Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking shows no movement for several days, or if you have any concerns, contact us immediately and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at candcsewingteam@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 24 hours of delivery (for damaged packages). Include photos if the package or product is damaged.
We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at candcsewingteam@gmail.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There's no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
